Billy Elton — Tribute to Billy Joel & Elton John

Saturday, Apr. 05 | 8:00pm ET (7:00pm CT)

Rock/Pop

Billy Elton features pianist and vocalist Reid Spears leading an 8-piece band, performing all of the legendary songs of Billy Joel and Elton John. The band is dedicated to top-notch musicianship, and performs a completely live show with no backing tracks. With timeless music that appeals to all generations, Billy Elton will have the audience on its feet singing along to such classics as “Crocodile Rock”, “Only the Good Die Young”, “Saturday Night’s Alright for Fighting”, “Piano Man”, and many others in a show that is exciting, engaging, and entertaining for all ages, young and old!

The band has become the premier celebration of the music of Billy Joel and Elton John in the Midwest. They have played sold-out and near capacity shows at numerous venues, and their outdoor summer concerts have often drawn 2000-3000 people. In 2017, they celebrated the 40th anniversary of Billy's landmark album "The Stranger" by performing the entire album in all of their shows, and they performed over half of Elton’s legendary double album “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” in all of their 2023 shows in honor of that album’s 50th anniversary.

Given the immense repertoire of both artists, Billy Elton gives a great sampling of the biggest hits and a few deeper album cuts in every show, but continually mixes up the setlist to make every show different and unique.
